Don’t Drink … Play!
by Peyton on Feb.15, 2010, under Casino
If you like to have a beverage occasionally, leave your money out of the casino if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your purse, your money belt, and keep all money, charge cards and cheques back at the hotel. Take whatever money you anticipate to spend on alcohol, tips and only the pocket change you expect to squander and leave the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You can experience a win after a boozy night out with your friends and be lucky enough to hook a long roll at a hot craps table. Keep that story seeing that it is as brief as it gets if you consistently drink and gamble. The two simply do not go well together.
Leaving your moola at home might be a bit drastic, but precautionary actions for dramatic actions is essential. If you wager to succeed, then do not consume alcohol and play. If you are able to afford to blow your $$$$ without a worry, then drink all the gratis beer you can handle, but do not carry credit cards and chequebooks to throw into the mix of going after squanderings after your drunken head throws away everything!
Permit me to take this a single step further. Don’t drink and then head on to the internet to wager in your favorite casino either. I love to cocktail from the coziness of my domicile, however due to the fact that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit near by, I can not drink and wager.
Why? Even though I don’t drink a lot, when I drink alcohol, it is certainly sufficient to cloud my judgment. I bet, so I do not consume alcohol when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, don’t wager at the same time. Both make for an awful, and expensive, drink.
